New Golf Services at the PGA Academy
In June Vipingo Ridge has welcome a new PGA Professional to the team. Our lead is globally experienced David Marsh, with David’s new energy and expertise there are some new experiences at our golf academy.
The PGA Academy at Vipingo Ridge is a facility dedicated to improving your game. We are pleased to announce the launch of three new services designed to enhance the golfing experience for enthusiasts of all levels.
With a commitment to advancing skill development and a love for the game, these additions will add value to your golfing experience at Vipingo Ridge. All services can be arranged through our Pro Shop at the Clubhouse, or contact the team.
Three new services at the Vipingo Ridge PGA Academy
Monthly Skills Sessions
A new benefit exclusively for Vipingo Ridge Members. Any member can now take advantage of our new Monthly Skills Sessions, free of charge. We welcome all abilities to these complimentary sessions, a chance for members to meet the team and explore their game.
These sessions are conducted by our PGA Professional David Marsh and Kenya Professional Promise Sila. Each month focusses on a different aspect of the game, with the June sessions dedicated to chipping and pitching.
Members can register for these sessions at the Pro Shop. This month the session will focus on the basics of bunker play.
Date: Saturday 13th Junly 2024
Time: From 2:00PM - 3:00PM for 8 persons and from 3:00PM - 4:00PM for 8 persons

2. Beginners Golf Introduction Session
This next service is for guests staying at the Ridge.
Starting this month, every Monday and Friday at 10:00 AM, the PGA Academy will provide a complimentary Beginners Golf Introduction Session.
Led by our professional golf team, these sessions provide newcomers with a relaxed and enjoyable introduction to the game. Participants are invited to meet at the PGA Academy at 10:00 AM to start their golfing journey in a fun and supportive environment.
3. Lessons at the PGA Academy
Our team of experienced golf professionals, including PGA Professional David Marsh, Kenya Professional Promise Sila, and US Kids Certified Coach and Ladies Amateur number 1 golfer Naomi Wafula, are now available for personalised instruction.
From individual lessons to group sessions and lesson bundles, our experts are here to help golfers of all abilities improve their game.

The PGA Academy at Vipingo Ridge is equipped with the Foresight GCQuad Launch Monitor, which uses four high-speed cameras to capture precise data on club head impact and ball launch conditions.
This cutting-edge technology enables our Professional coaches to provide detailed swing analysis and customised equipment recommendations.
Community Engagement
Each Tuesday we welcome children from local schools for an after school activity on our Driving Range. From the PGA Academy they experience a new sport and interact in new ways with their peers.

The PGA Baobab Golf Course
The PGA Baobab Golf Course is Kenya's number one golf course and one of Africa's finest.
