In the report they discuss the evolving landscape of neighbouring Nyali and challenges with infrastructure. The article focusses particularly on the sewage and waste management issues arising from the introduction of higher rise properties. Technologies, such as biodigesters are credited with addressing the challenge in this particular area.
We would add that we are seeing the almost daily power outages in Nyali as being another major challenge for residents. We believe our focus on uptime, supplementing our utilities through our investment sustainable power and water infrastructure, is a real a draw to our Vipingo Ridge community.
