Workshop and Maintenance Manager
This position will be responsible for all areas of workshop operations including day-to-day tasks related to the automotive services. Leading the Workshop Team in producing quality repairs with a ‘right first time’ culture and attitude. Identify opportunities for process improvements and help embed a culture on site where everyone is responsible and works as a team.
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechnical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience managing a large and busy automotive workshop.
• Knowledge of automotive systems (vehicle layout, function and location of parts).
• Knowledge of mechanical issues, warranties, service and general repairs.
• Supervisory skills and technical competance with ability to train others.
• Workplace safety, firemarshall, first aid, and site saftey experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Analysis and report writing skills.

Housekeeping Executive
You will supervise the work of room attendants, pool attendants, laundry and public area attendants, ensuring high standards are met. This includes developing and implementing procedures to improve efficiency, monitoring housekeeping procedures and conducting regular spot checks. You will also be responsible for preparing duty rosters, conducting training and maintaining records.
Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree or a holder of a certificate in Housekeeping and Laundry having undergone full time training from a recognised hotel training institution.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Openess to new ideas and readily adapts to changing priorities.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Proven supervisory and people management skills.

Marketing Executive
Join our growing team in the marketing and business development departments.
Working on the development of the Vipingo Ridge brand to tactical campaigns there is opportunity to develop and grow in this role. From social media to printed marketing materials you will work with the team to produce integrated campaigns and deliver results.
Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree or relevant marketing experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role, either in an agency or in-house in a company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Knowledge in the use of social media platforms.
• Experience of email marketing, website content management, paid media campaigns (Google Adwords and social media platforms) and CRM will be an advantage.
• Design and photography skills will be an advantage.

Head Mechanic
As a Head Mechanic responsible for planning and maintaining mechanical schedules for motor vehicles and equipment, carrying out regular inspections, mentoring team members, supporting procurement, keeping records up-to-date and ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards.
Requirements:
• Dip / BSc Electrical / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering / relevant training
• 4 years’ experience repairing both petrol and diesel engines. Auto electric skills / car diagnosing skills will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Good communication skills and knowledge in the use of basic computer skills.
• Holder of a valid driving license with experience driving in the busy Nairobi environment and its surroundings.
