Driver
Join our team as a Driver and be part of ensuring the safe and reliable transportation of staff and guests. You'll also support the team by maintaining vehicles and providing logistical assistance for events and operations.
What you’ll do
• Transport staff and visitors safely to various destinations.
• Deliver documents and equipment promptly and securely.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles to keep them in excellent condition.
• Follow all Kenyan traffic laws and Vipingo Ridge safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logs and records.
What you’ll need
• A valid Kenyan BCE driving license.
• At least 3 years of driving experience, preferably with an NGO or academic institution.
• Familiarity with Kenyan road regulations, especially around Mombasa and Kilifi.
• KCSE certificate or equivalent; defensive driving certification is an advantage.
• A strong sense of professionalism and reliability.

Sous Chef

Events Manager
We’re looking for a creative and organized Events Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and member functions, ensuring unforgettable experiences for our guests.
What you’ll do
• Plan and coordinate a variety of events, ensuring every detail is covered.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results.
• Work closely with internal teams to execute seamless events.

What you’ll do
• Source and procure quality goods and services at competitive prices.

What you’ll need
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement, ideally in retail or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
