Motocross at Vipingo Ridge
For those who love the adrenaline of motorsports, Vipingo Ridge is home to 2 kilometres of dirt track for motorbikes, buggies and quad bikes to race around. With epic jumps and a myriad of twists and turns, it is a fun and fantastic challenge for every rider at any age.
Vipingo Ridge has secured two official MotoX events in 2024.
On 14th and 15th December we ar the venue for the FIM Central Africa Championship Round 2, where Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and Kenya come together to complete in this international competition.
At the same event weekend we will be hosting the final event of the Kenya National Motocross Championship Round 9.

Whether you are interested in entering the events or wish to understand more about how the scoring and race classes will work the SRs are the place to look for all of the organisational details.

MotoX Championship 2023
In August 2023 Vipingo Ridge hosted the 8th round of the National Motocross Championship.
The competition was for all ages and the wet conditions made for some interesting scenes. The event was open to the public and we were honoured to welcome H.E. Governor Gideon Maitha Mung'aro to flag off proceedings.
