Every day we aim to create equal opportunities for women and girls at Vipingo Ridge.

The theme for International Women’s Day 2024 is Invest in women: Accelerate progress. The theme is based on the priority theme for the United Nations 68th Commission on the Status of Women, which examines the pathways to greater economic inclusion for women and girls everywhere.

From 3:00PM on Friday 8th March 2024 the Sundowner will be closed for a private function. Our female team members will be invited to network and share their stories. We will also hear from senior leadership on the importance of the ongoing investment in the team and particularly women in the workforce.

The UN theme for this year emphasises the crucial role that investment in women plays in driving positive change and advancement in society.

As a fun activity we will move to the Driving Range from 4:00PM to 5:00PM for the team to learn more about golf, hit some balls and invest time experiencing something new to many of them.

These two spaces will not be available to members during the event, but will be available before and after. Thank you for the support.
