The Health and Safety of our Residents, Members, Guests and Team are hugely important to us.

We have a Mobile Response Team (MRT) dedicated 24/7 to responding to alerts, but it is important our own team are equipped, both for themselves in their work but to support any incidents and understand the correct procedures.

We’re investing a full day conference in our main conference facility for a refresher on our Health and Safety processes.
