Tree Planting Public Holiday

In honour of the upcoming Public Holiday, Vipingo Ridge will participate in tree planting from Friday 10th November to Monday 13th November.

We have identified an area of the Ridge, where we shall aim to plant 500 native trees. The space is an 8m deep and 1km long area. The selected native seedlings are from the Vipingo Ridge nursery grown by our own team from locally sourced seeds. This planting initiative will create a new indigenous coastal forest habitat over time.

Would you like to plant a tree?

This is an interactive activity and we welcome the Vipingo Ridge community.

If you are a member of the team, a homeowner or resident, please join us to plant a tree or help out. This activity is at no charge to the participants and your support will go towards creating a new habitat. The ground will be loosened and the tools provided to help the planting.

If you would like to be involved in the tree planting please contact Vicki Horsey on +254 722 835 537
