Learn More about the Kilifi Uganda Open

We are delighted to act as host venue for the inaugural Kilifi Uganda Open 2024 on Saturday 20th April 2024.

This exciting collaboration between Kilifi County and Uganda Consulate Mombasa is a tourism and business networking opportunity to be held at Vipingo Ridge PGA Baobab Course.

With accommodation, a challenging 18-hole championship course and a Beach Club, it is the perfect venue for the first Kilifi Uganda Open tournament.

Would you like to be a part of the action? We have two options: A stay and play package, inclusive of accommodation and a player entry package.

• Uganda (USD) Play in the Ugandan Team

  Play the Kilifi Uganda Open - 20th April 2024

  PLAY AFRICA'S ONLY PGA COURSE AND REPRESENT UGANDA IN A FRIENDLY COMPETITION

  Only $43 per player including:

  - Competition entry fee
  - Caddy hire
  - Water stations and half way snack
  - Buffet lunch and prize giving event

• Uganda (USD) Stay and Play Package

  Our outline event program to stay and play for the Ugandan team

  ONLY $232 per person

  This package includes an overnight stay at the Vipingo Ridge Villas, an exclusive invitation to the Ugandan Cultural Performance night, breakfast, entry into the Kilifi Uganda Open tournament with a caddy, snack, lunch and prizegiving. The details of the programme:

  Friday 19th April

  -Arrivals and check in at Vipingo Ridge Resort from 3:00PM
  -Exclusive Cocktail Reception and Ugandan Cultural Performance including authentic food and entertainment from Uganda in a gala dinner.

  Saturday 20th April

  -Breakfast at the Clubhouse
  -Tournament commences with morning tee times
  -Buffet lunch and Prize giving event hosted by Kilifi County
  Optional extra: Afterparty dinner and overnight villa stay (only $178 per person)

  Sunday 21st April

  Optional extra (included in overnight accommodation): Breakfast at the Clubhouse

  Optional extra: Lunch at the Beach (priced as per the restaurant menu)

• Kenya (KSH) Play in the Kilifi Team

  Play the Kilifi Uganda Open - 20th April 2024

  PLAY AFRICA'S ONLY PGA COURSE AND REPRESENT KENYA IN A FRIENDLY COMPETITION

  Only 4,500/- per player including:

  - Competition entry fee
  - Sponsored Water stations and half way snack
  - Buffet lunch and prize giving event

  Caddies and Buggies available through our Proshop for additional fees

• Kenya (KSH) Stay and Play Package

  Our outline event program to stay and play for the Kenyan team

  ONLY 28,250 KSH per person

  This package includes an overnight stay at the Vipingo Ridge Villas, an exclusive invitation to the Ugandan Cultural Performance night, breakfast, entry into the Kilifi Uganda Open tournament plus halfway snack, lunch and prizegiving. The details of the programme:

  Friday 19th April

  PLAY AFRICA'S ONLY PGA COURSE AND REPRESENT KENYA IN A FRIENDLY COMPETITION - Special prices for Vipingo Ridge Members and Kenyan Coastal Clubs:

  Coastal Clubs only 3,000/- per player including:

  - Competition entry fee
  - Sponsored Water stations and half way snack
  - Buffet lunch and prize giving event

  Vipingo Ridge members only 1,000/- per player including:

  - Competition entry fee
  - Sponsored Water stations and half way snack
  - Buffet lunch and prize giving event
