A weekend Motocross Double
Not only is the event on 14th and 15th December an international MotoX meet, the event will also be the nineth and final round of the Kenya National Motocross Championship.
The Central Africa Championship so far
The first leg of the CAC took place in Marsh at E-villas in Kalisizo Town Council in Kyotera District, Uganda. Uganda won the CAC round 1 with a cumulative total of 1540 points against Kenya’s 179, so there is national pride at stake as the race comes to the Kenya Coast.
The event is expected to feature riders from Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. Fortune Emmanuel Ssentamu, Ashim Sserwadda, Isima Mukiibi, Wazir Al-Muzahim Ali Omar are expected to represent Uganda.
Ugandans are enjoying top form, beating their Kenyan competitors at 2024 Motocross of African Nations (MxOAN) held in Marrakech, Morocco. The Ugandan ‘Motocross Cranes’ (who are also the defending CAC Champions) took home the silver at the 2024 FIM Africa MXOAN in Morocco.
