Event Bookings
If you would like to host your event at Vipingo Ridge there are a variety of options to choose from to make your event special and unique.
Our venues are diverse, outdoor spaces, 3-restaurants and even a 200-delegate conference centre. We can host team building events, intimate dinners for two, and everything in between.
Our experienced team will help you plan your event and itinerary, so whether it is golf, wildlife or just a private space for a meeting, we can create unforgettable moments for you.

School Educational Visit
We have a private function at the Sundowner with 20 school pupils join our Ranger team for a wildlife conservation educational visit.
Electric Bicycle Tour
Explore the Ridge on an electric bike. Guided by a Ranger, see the different habitats, terrain and of course wildlife on this very special experience.
Kids Easter Holiday Programme
We have a three times a week Kids Clubs - mornings during the school holidays. 500/- for 3 hours of child entertainment 9:00AM-12:00PM.
Saturday Live Music at the Beach
We continue our regular Saturday Music at the Beach. This Saturday we have live music playing from 12:00PM with the African Palm Band. Book a table with the team.
Monthly Mug & Medal - March
Each month our Members and Guests gather to compete for the Mug and Medal.
Private Conference
Our Shariani Conference Venue is great for big groups, airconditioned and luxurious - it's the perfect location for this three day conference for 37 guests.
Walk with Rangers Activity
Join us for a special afternoon walk with our Ranger team. From the Sundowner bar and back, in time for dinner.
Electric Bicycle Tour
Explore the Ridge on an electric bike. Guided by a Ranger, see the different habitats, terrain and of course wildlife on this very special experience.
Friday Night Clubnite
Friday Night is Clubnite. Join us for a 9-hole or 18 hole competition at Vipingo Ridge. Guest welcome to play for only 3500/- green fee.
Family Movie Night
Join us for a Friday evening Family Movie Night. One for the kids at the Sundowner. Our movie is a modern classic: Lilo and Stitch (U)

Join us for Friday night movie night at the Sundowner. Teenage and older movie showing each Friday during school holidays. Our movie: the classic. original Jurassic Park (1993)

Play our mid-month competition - 18 holes on the PGA Baobab Course - Alliance format competition. Prizegiving and dinner will be served at the Pool Gardens.
Full Moon Beach Bonfire Party
Beach, Bonfire and BBQ - Join us at the Vipingo Ridge Beach Club for a Full Moon Party this Friday night, with a DJ performance to make a night of it. Book with the team for entry.
Junior Golf Camp
This Easter Holidays Vipingo Ridge’s PGA Professional David Marsh is leading a Junior Golf Camp in Kilifi for a limited number of entries.
Easter Duathlon
Our popular duathlon is back for 2025. For registration, routes and all the details. There will also be food available for everyone to support the competitors - and pizzas afterwards!

Easter Sunday at the Clubhouse
Our chefs present a special 3-course menu on Easter Sunday. Available for a lunch time (12:00PM - 3:00PM) or dinner evening sitting from 6:00PM - 9:00PM in our Clubhouse. Table reservation essential.
Anzac Day Dawn Service
On Friday 25th April the Clubhouse Rooftop dawn event. There will be a 30 minute service with tea and coffee available. Members and inhouse guests only.

Safari Gravel Race Series - Coast Edition
Save the Date: Fourth and Final Round of this fantastic cycling event is coming to the Coast. Vipingo Ridge is the venue for over 100 cyclists and spectators are welcome to come together in an event for all the family.
